🍰TERMS OF SERVICE🍰

- My work may be used for the respective client's personal use and monetized content as long as credited.
- Please inquire about commercial merchandising pricing!
- AI and NFT use with my work is prohibited.
- I only accept payments in USD via Paypal!
- Custom buyers MUST have toyhou.se to keep track of my designs.
- Payment must be upfront before I start.
- I do not offer refunds unless I am unable to complete the commission.
- My turnaround time is typically within 7 days, but can be longer for customs.
- Works may be used in my portfolios and commission examples and posted publicly. Please state before commissioning if you do not want your work posted anywhere. Select services will require an additional 30% privacy fee.
- Applicable to commissions only: I will charge a bit extra if character design is complex or if references are vague/illegible (low quality, heavily watermarked, photograph, can't be color-picked, etc.)- Feel free to inquire about any ideas not included in my catalogue!
